No, those soundings are fine. The 0°C line is the thicker, black, dashed line that extends up and to the right from the temperature label. That column is definitely sufficiently cold for snow. Skew-t'sare tough; too many lines ahaha

Hardey Har Mugsy ol pal. Im just starting to look at some of the details over LI and Im loving what Im seeing. At the start of the precip 2m temps in mid to upper 30's with DP in the mid 20's. Very quickly 2M temps drop to low 30's 31-34. With 850's and 925mb all well below freezing the entire time it will accumulate for sure if this holds true. Again its all preliminary
