Lots of sleet since 11ish, 24.8° maybe 1.5" snow before changeover. Nam did have a prolonged period of sleet, let's see if we changeover to something else later.

Yeah, looking at radar looks like we get a bit of dry slot for a little bit then prolonged sleet and freezing rain. BTW sleet mixing with snow now, still 19.

I guess it is still sleet here as tire tracks are covering up outside, looks very slippery.

Interesting that a weak LP is popping just off the coast near the Delmarva.  Could make thins very interesting esp for coastal areas if it persists keeping temps below freezing.  Currently sitting at 29.7* and snow mixed with sleet.  



And here is your warm nose.  A small little area between about 725-750mb(depending on your exact location) and 800mb.  The rest of the column is cold.  Here is the sounding for LI and the HV.    So freaking annoying.

Yeah, thermal profiles are really tough for this storm. 20 and sleet here.

I think I’m back to light snow. Oddly.

It has been a constant fight among sleet, rain, and snow here since around 10:30 this morning.  Went out to shovel and had exactly one inch of stuff on the ground.  It seemed to be mostly snow because it wasn’t that heavy, even though it rained here for a good long time.  For the hour or so I was outside, I got hit with all three at times, snow, sleet and rain.  No ice accumulation at all on trees or shrubs or anything else that I could see.

Approximately 1.5 in of snow and sleet back to light snow now what a weird storm 25° it's going to be treacherous tonight if it starts raining with these temps they're not going anywhere I believe
