Looks like the outer bands are going to impact us and tomorrow is going to be showers and a dreary day. Sucks talk about last minute forecast change, I had outdoor plans.

Me too, the forecast changed this afternoon.

Mid to LR GFS not looking food for panhandle of FL and the big bend. Yikes.

She was a beast.  You can see the merger/phase with the upper level low that steered her in the direction of her landfall.  

Kirk is one of those hurricanes that not that long ago we may not have known existed, or at the very least not have known how truly strong he was.

WOW models predicting a CAT 3

Never know maybe a light cat4, these people are well aware of these storms and still love living there, how's the saying go, live by the water and it's going to bite you sooner or later..crazy how this storm is starting all the way over on the west side of the gulf and crossing directly over to Florida, the waters are still warm and it looks like its crossing directly in the middle of the gulf.
