12 degrees, frost. clear, calm.
Must be the coldest morning so far.Snow to mix to rain scenario coming tomorrow night into Tuesday.Guess this thing is cutting to our West.

bottomed out at 9.8. Wow you don't see a 1048 mb H parked over Lake Ontario every day. You'd see that in Greenland or Nunuvat not this far south.

I feel like December is speaking to me...

Was hoping to get in the low 20s but gave my snow gun a try at 27 last night. Got to adjust my air nozzle a bit more but after holding it in place for 5 minutes I got a nice white strip of grass Very Happy

15* for my low this morning, damn it's cold! We'll see if we get any frozen precip here Monday morning, I think we'll be a degree or 2 too warm as usual for this time of year. Pressure really up there, 30.58

A cold, clear 17* here at wake-up this morning. Took some work to clear the frost off my car windows. Heading out tonight for some pre-Christmas shenanigans so will definitely need to bundle up. At least it feels appropriate for the season this year.

Looks like back home it bottomed out at 22* here in Scottsdale it bottomed out at 42*

So regarding Sunday evening. There will be some WAA snows N/W of I95 as CAD is strong with the H in NH 1040+! It won't be much unless you are at Rb's area where 1-3" seems reasonable. Most places though c-1" N/W I95. Dew points and thickness support accumulations IMO in those areas.

11 for the low this morning, only two degrees from last winters low of 9 which also happened to be the highest low temperature recorded in any winter in this area. Hopefully a good sign but I'm already a little discouraged with the cold, then warmups for the precip, then back to cold.

Sitting on 4.5 inches of snow so far this season. Below normal but not egregiously so, it's not even Wing yet.

19* was my low this morning, forecast for NENJ: cold and dry, warm and wet. Lather, rinse, repeat. Once again the elevations will see some snow, as the rest of us see nada. Like I said, December sucks for this area, just not our month.

14.2 was the low. Expect the cold air to hang on longer than anticipated. Again it won't be much I could see 1-2" in the LHV, Poconos, NW NJ. C-1" into Berks and Lehigh County right into my hood. It's the conglomeration of the highs and the isobars bending that has a stubborn look to it. Cold, dry and dense air is stubborn. Also be mindful of icing if the mid levels go above freezing the surface may not!

29 right now after a low of 12. WWA for 1-2 inches and some possible ZR tomorrow morning. It will all be washed away Monday evening when the next system brings some rain.

30 degrees, cloudy calm.
Usually starts snowing here about 1/2 hour after 1190 ftalt reports it.NWS a little juicier with this, now 1-2 inches from only 1 inch this morning.I'll take it, December snow these past years not like it used to be.

Still snowing nicely, almost no wind so it might take longer to git to you, says wind speed 5MPH out of the north, at 5 mph the snow will take hours to get to New York state if that’s how it works? Hopefully you get a foot!

This morning was 16* at Grand Canyon but we took the 3.5 hour drive on a whim and when we arrived it was 46* for the high...stopped at Kohl's to pick up some warmer clothes..since it's warmer in Scottsdale...(Wed they expect to break a record with projected temps of 81)

Looking at ring cameras I'm guessing 2-2.5 inches overnight. Driveway and grass covered. Looks like plows came through.

Same for me, 1190. Surprisingly wet snow, though; I wasn’t expecting that.

This makes nearly a month of continuous snow cover of varying depth since before Thanksgiving, with only a few 1-2 day interludes to chop it up, and 19” so far on the season (unofficially). It’s been a little while since Winter actually “wintered” like this, but I am certainly not complaining haha
