December 20th-21st 2024 Minor snow potential

A light coating of snow, was 28 degree this morning now 30 degree, not sticking to roads or sidewalk, the little bit of flakes are a very wet snow,

Sun popping out here. The heavier precip this morning quickly shifted offshore

had a rainy, snow slushy mix which seems to be more snow now and it is coming down a bit heavier as well, not that it is heavy but it is heavier, surfaces are just wet

28 degrees light snow calm winds.
1 inch on colder surfaces.

35* here with Light Snow in Central NJ. Nothing sticking, just wet roads, but definitely a nice touch for the Christmas season. Hoping once the sun goes down tonight to get some stickage.

Heavy snow, 29 degrees, calm winds.NWS has me for 1 to 2 inches this afternoon with another inch possible later tonight.Looks like 1 1/2 now .Winterwonderland out there nice touch for Christmas coming.

Big fluffy flakes falling in NewHope/Solebury, starting to stick on shrubs, 35*

29 degrees, light snow, calm winds.Road starting to get snow covered.Solid 1.5 inch plus.Radar looks good for another hour.

NWS mentions NW winds tomorrow being gusty, there will be blowing and drifting snow I would think.

This brought back a memory when the original World Trade Center got up to street level during construction after they worked a long time excavating and building the foundation.

thank you my brother we are finally getting some snow nothing sticking yet . But I wish I did take pic up north .i am a steamfitter for local 638 .i love my my job especially when we turn around say we built this place

My Dad was IBEW 3 , fixed R Series subway cars 207 St Yard 1941 to 1950 then NYC Health and Hospitals 1950-1975.

It’s been snowing here since 10 am, but only started sticking about 30 minutes ago. Nothing measurable yet.
