Light snow here in Allendale. Zoo sorry but they made the right call by getting us out early. Try moving 1600 people with 2" + snow on the ground and another 1000 just below you from 2 other schools - elementary and middle - every mother will be picking up tere child in an SUV causing an hour back up easily - worst than construction on the GSP in the summer time! HAHAHA!

Looks like that band is going to expand right across central NJ into long island

snowing mod here a nice coating on the ground. 12z nam a tad east but it showed less than an inch at 1pm. I think that is wrong. so forget the models now and watch the radar. off to work in the Bronx thank GOD only a 3 mile drive. i will stay in touch on my phone today. enjoy the snow!! Very Happy

I gotta say this is crazy,there's already a good coating slippery compacted snow i've seen cars drive very slow already blowing wind putting the snow in your face..ahh looks like we're in for a long day and night
