By the way, GFS Ensembles are identical to the OP with respect to track and similar to intensity.

GGEM goes crazy. It phases the system off the coast and bombs it offshore

its MECS plus for NYC and east, N & W see less on that run but still a good hit, if ratios are even 15:1 in NYC this will be much bigger than Juno.

It is WAA. Did I mis-type it? If I did, it should be WAA. My bad.

at hours 76 and 77, portions of NYC LI, particularly the areas on the immediate shoreline, do so a mix with sleet. Then it goes back over to snow. This is way north from last night's run. The question is, does it continue trending north to the point where we are talking about a rain storm in the NYC region?

I really should not let myself get caught up in this stuff today.

However the maps that were just posted above, and since there is somewhat of a consensus even at this early time, for an event that's three days away, are intriguing to say the least.

Back to work, until I returned in 15 min.

Looks like the cmc is now on board with the GFS op/GEFS/EPS/00z Euro Op We shall make sure the 12z Euro holds. If the 00z hold tonight I think all will love my snow map in the morning. I feel like the cieling for this event has been trending higher. 12-16" is not out of the question if things hold suit.
