Miserable? Miserable is 32.0000000001 degrees and heavy rain with upper level temps .00000001 degrees too warm all the way up Wink

Seen that horrible situation too many times watching through the years.

Just miserable, as CP says, low 30's, mist no wind. The crappiest weather of all in April, cold but no snow.Thank God a nice warm up coming Fri, Sat and Sun!

Hoping tomorrow there is some clearing with temps reaching the 70's

Next week looks wet as well.

At least this weekend will be nice with sunshine and temps in the 50's/60's

although this week has been cold and overcast very little rain has fallen. yesterday was dry as a bone. .15" of rain has fallen in Central Park since Monday. there doesn't look to be too much rain throughout the day today until the warm front approaches tonight. looking forward to the milder temperatures this weekend.

with a very active polar and subtropical jet stream, it's interesting that we haven't had any large storms this entire winter and early spring. it's probably a result of the lack of blocking as systems just can't seem to phase and bomb out in our area.

Sorry for the hiatus ladies and gents, but things have been taking me in too many directions to count ahaha I know I said that after the 1st I would be back and ready to track, but Life has a funny way of foiling even the best-laid plans lol Anyway, I'm back now :p Hopefully I didn't miss too much excitement and I'm in time for tons of it :p

Storms this past winter dropped impressive snow rates due to the potency of the temp. gradient helping to create frontogenesis. In terms of coastal systems, besides Juno, there were not many. Progressive flow due to lack of Atlantic blocking killed that from happening.

Weather looks bad around 7pm tomorrow. Yankee game could be in trouble. Rain to move in around 6-7pm

I think temps today will all depend on if we get any clearing before the front comes through tonight. If we get sun it will warm nicely.

Does not look like we'll see sun today. Lots of clouds around. Unless they start breaking up in the afternoon

Rather slow moving line of showers and t-storms approaching the area. Maybe they'll move in before the Yanks game (like 3-4pm?)
