Allergies are in full misery now the only downside of spring.
61* sunny this morning.
Those flowering type trees are at peak bloom..the rest are buds with some exceptions, esp if they are close to buildings, they open up quicker.

Just starting to see some budding up here but Mahwah is blossoming out.

I hope everyone got to enjoy today because things look downhill afterwards. I looked at CPC's 6-10 and 8-14 day outlooks and they show a good chance a below normal temperatures during that span. Also, I checked the analogs for those two and for both, one of the dates that came up: May 9th, 1977. On that day it snowed in Central Park in NYC. Even though I am on the snow-lover spectrum, from the first pitch of baseball regular season to the final out (or play) of the World Series, I strongly dislike snow. Mad

Reached 80 here too. CPK was 79 for a while, wonder if they ever touched 80.
Wind has shifted SW to now a little easterly but only minor drop in temp since here.

Hey all. Haven't checked in in awhile. Boring weather is the reason. Went up to Doc and CP's neck of the woods trout fishing today. Got into the low 80's. Gorgeous out. Went from 83 on my car dash in Westchester to 66 in Queens.

Hit a high of 66* here today now the winds have shifted to an onshore flow and man the temp had dropped to 59* .Down at MSU for my son's hockey game the temp is now 55*.

Hit a high of 81* yesterday felt like summer, what a tease with the pattern coming up. Going to feel more like late March.
