If this storm does happen there could be issues with the trees. They are starting to bud early and we all know what happens when the trees have added weight.

Loved the writeup. I had wanted the warmth but when you said the possibility of a phase could give a "crippling blizzard" and a godzilla even without I went right back to winter mode lol. What at this time do you think the chances are that a phase starts to show if at all, maybe percentage wise like you have done before?

My city has done a good job of ruining our foliage by tearing down damn near every tree near a power line. its aweful but after sandy I guess they want no chances.

I put a little note about the chances on my FB page, just telling folks not to put away their warm winter clothes yet!

Well, March often has some surprises in the snow department so maybe this is one of those. Ironically we got a pretty decent snow event on March 20 last year as well I believe.

If CPK were to get 24"+ from this potential system, the 2015-16 season would be in the top 10 for snowiest seasons on record...

Mike you know he is reading all of this and has been fighting the urge to comment. Cp my brother if you are reading this I am a very superstitious man. Your lack of response may hold the key to this all. Resist the urge a little longer.
