@ FrankWx-Does the sun angle this time of year have any influence on accumulating snowfalls? Or will it be falling so fast and furious it could be July and the sun wouldn't matter with the projected snow rates.

Sun angle plays a roll in March, yes. But snow rates could be of 3-5"/hour at times. Sun angle won't mean squat. It's when the rates are less than 1" per hour that it may not stick that well.

Just my input: Sun angle affects snowfall primarily when begins during the daytime and temps are at or above freezing and the snow rates aren't heavy. This storm should begin before daybreak with below freezing temperatures so the snow should stick right away. That helps with it accumulating after sunrise. And with this the rates will be heavy enough that it should not be an issue.
