Thanks guys! Ray, yes a bit of GIS. I utilized data from a couple different sources to sum the seasonal amounts for the various parts of counties, as well as some helpful COOP data. So it's mostly a lot of manual labor in determining gradients/distribution.

Oh wow, that is definitely a lot of work to compile and sum everything individually, but it definitely pays off!!!
