I mean it is February, can't believe no one started this yet

32.9 mostly snow, still some rain mixed in.

CP, looks like we got 1/2 to 1 inch from looking into the deep dark night,LOL.I'll measure when the sun comes up.27 degrees here, winds picking up.I t will be nice to see the ground white again anyhoo.

I got .1” more than whatever you guys measure.

NW NJ got a nice coating to 1" of snow. Was a nice drive into work this morning.

2 degrees and the ground is snow covered.

I'll enjoy it for one more day apparently as we of course go above freezing tomorrow and it rains. Frustrating is to mild a term.

15* low temp this am...

What a shame. It feels like snow, cold enough for snow, has a sky that looks like a storm is on the way and instead it’s going to rain tmw at a balmy 45. Unbelievable!

I agree with you, sad....today we hit a high of 29 degrees...

29.3° currently, 25%, 29.98F, wind SE 5-7mph 

42* and drizzling...sad....but on the bright side..I can drink my sorrows away watching football today and hubby and son will be none the wiser...:/

Most people will want to keep an eye on Wednesday morning's commute. Precip may start as snow before it transitions to rain during the day. As of now, timing seems to be after rush hour. Maybe 9am start time.

This is the NWS point and click forecast for Nyack, NY.  I picked a spot dead center of our forum area this way it’s pretty accurate for all of us.  It’s not the coast, and it’s not too far N and W. I know it’s the NWS AND THINGS CAN CHANGE but this is one ugly forecast at a time where we are in the coldest period of winter climatologically

Wednesday. Snow before 1pm, then rain. High near 39. Northeast wind 5 to 8 mph becoming southeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
Wednesday Night. Rain before 1am, then a chance of snow between 1am and 3am. Low around 28. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Thursday. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 33.
Thursday Night. Mostly clear, with a low around 16.
Friday. Partly sunny, with a high near 32.
Friday Night? A 30 percent chance of snow after 3am. Cloudy, with a low around 23.
Saturday? A chance of rain and snow. Cloudy, with a high near 41. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
Saturday Night. A 50 percent chance of rain. Cloudy, with a low around 32.
Sunday. A 50 percent chance of rain. Cloudy, with a high near 45.

Lookout for snow showers tomorrow. Could coat the ground

20* and moderate/heavy burst of snow in Hyde park. Really coming down right now.

20 degrees here too and it started snowing about 7 am. Coming down as you said, in a burst but seems to be lasting so far in duration; hasn't been here and there, just steady snow. Roads went to hell in a hand basket in a hurry. Pleasantly surprised except I can't imagine letting the younger one get on the bus now in a bit.

Well eff me lol. Nice line split in 2 and fell apart. Same as thunderstorm squall lines around here lol
