Yup, see my above shout-out to you. I dunno, just north and west of us is a wind advisory (i.e., Northern Westchester). Upton is very underwhelmed by this storm.

Just saw that a little while ago CP.We are right on the edge of the heavy snow, a little nudge down and we could see a foot.Strange I went for a walk around the pond in town earlier with a light jacket,LOL.If it wasn't so mild that sky would be screaming SNOW!!!! If rb is right with the upper levels being dynamic, everybody will share in the wealth. If the snow does come, this board will be NUTSO tomorrow! Looking forward to it.

You know I was in Dr office this morning and they had on channel 12 newa he was discussing the difference between nam and other models in depth....was surprised
That was probably James G. Him and Dave Curren (afternoon/evening guy) are some of my favorite TV mets.
It was James Gregorio. I caught it in the dentist's waiting room around 9am.

Re: March 2nd Nor'easter Update
UPTON:
The cooling of the vertical column looks to be most pronounced
during the late morning and afternoon hours Friday as the
offshore low occludes and the influx of warmer air aloft from
the Atlantic shuts off. A snow and rain mix will likely even get
to the coast by mid to late afternoon with the possible
exception of far eastern Long Island and southeast Connecticut.
Keep in mind, there is the potential for several inches of wet
snow accumulation at the coast should some of the cold solutions
come to fruition in conjunction with heavy banded precipitation.

Re: March 2nd Nor'easter Update
The rain here has changed to a rain/snow mix with big flakes. Don't know if it will last but either way it's somewhere between 3 and 5 hours ahead of schedule.

Agreed.
I really like Jman, he seems like a good, honest, genuine, likable person, but if this happens I say we tar and feather him.
