2:08 PM trough seems neutral to perhaps very very very slightly negative.

Jimmy, I see 5 to 7 for your area in the NWS warning.Your good, don't worry.I think they bumped us here in the HV due to colder temps and better ratios or maybe they see a tick west that helped us here.Anyhoo, going to nowcast very fast.Look at the radar, coming to the plate!
Edit, Alex just said a tick west on Euro.

Good for you, Long Island! Well deserved. I doubt the city will accumulate much given temps and lack of heavy rates. Maybe we say ~4" up here I'm Westchester!

Upton increased totals N and W in the advisory areas by 1-3" but decreased them in my advisory area which is east of the city, while increasing the warning amounts in Suffolk
very confusing especially considering my point and click forecast from them is for 4-8"

Edit, Alex just said a tick west on Euro.
I'm in an advisory Doc. the warning is for Suffolk 2 miles to my east. Totals were raised north, west, south and east of me, but lowered in my advisory area. I know its just semantics but its confusing

Re: March 13th JUST Missed Nor'easter Observations
Syos if you remember Orange County Othelia predicted there would be snow all around you but miss your area. This is scary.
I know it’s kind of banter but I can’t help myself. It is storm related.

Hi, Greybeard! Yes, I'd say 18 to 20 inches still OTG here. There was the usual compaction and a slow melt as temps have been on the cold side, but that March sun does work. There was 28 OTG immediately after the storm.Hoping for that 3 to 5 to freshen up what we have.Have not looked long range, but temps the balnce of this week look to be on the cold side.
