8" here. 1" in the last 30 minutes!!!! Still a whiteout. 10-15" prediction might be too low!

Do you guys think my neighbors think it’s weird to see me wandering around my back yard in the snow at 11pm at night, sticking a ruler in the snow in various spots?

Just measured ~8" in Flemington. Tapered off to a light snow fall now. Curious to see if anything will ramp back up a bit before shutting down.

The bands over Long Island will not—they will retreat once this crawler begins it's move toward the east. We want to see the band over coastal CT/Bridgeport rotate in from the ENE. Hopefully they hold together.

What time do you approximate this could happen?

IF we get into the banding, 12am–2am. Maybe even 3-4am. This storm looks stalled. Legit.

I'm currently at work, but all I want to say is this: SOME BUST to all of us who have remained faithful and trusted our collective instincts and those of others around us, it's paying dividends now. Enjoy it NJ Strong family, and please don't forget to post your storm totals in the appropriate thread when the time comes!!!!

As the saying goes from the 6 million dollar man, She's breaking up , She’s breaking up. And I am not talking about the craft he was in. I am talking about the western and NW precip shield. Good luck to the Island!

Well back in the subsidence again! But I just went out and it is up to 7 inches now but it took 8 hrs to add 3 inches. That band over new haven county CT is nuts hoping it makes it into here.
