There's fairly strong model agreement on better long wave pattern for EC snowfall towards mid Month. Before that AN temps and much BN snowfall are more likely than not.
Thoughts for the month as a whole are 2-3 AN temps and BN to slightly BN snowfall.

Very Lightly snowing tiny little balls, sticking to cars and pavement, 30 degrees,
