Think about it. He said at one point this winter he will "email" someone to complain about the zookeeper and his incorrect snowfall measurements. Since then, every measurement has been on the money. HMMMMMMM

This theory is very credible especially since once during this winter season he accused ME of being the Zookeeper.Obfuscation and confusion are trademarks of seasoned spies who infiltrate and control data.

Here is how it probably works.The City of New York awards entities that come in under budget on their snow removal costs.By continually underestimating snow totals at Central Park,the City awards CP a bonus for "saving" them on snow removal at Central Park.He uses the poor animals at the Zoo unbeknownst to City officials for the actual removal of the snow.Witnesses saw elephants and rhinocerus trampling down the snow on the Central Park paths.PETA was notified but the wily Zookeeper was never actually caught in the act. a testimony to his skills.

He must have been feeling the heat from an internal investigation and that is why the "suddenly accurate" measuring at the Zoo.The evil scheme was uncovered one way or another.
