BLOG: El Nino Update
Just a quick blog on the update of the El Nino. We will probably have to wait until mid to late Fall to officially experience El Nino conditions, but we'll see. These are hard to predict.

Re: BLOG: El Nino Update
My gut tells me we ultimately end up with a weak El Nino by late fall into winter. That would only bold well for us snow lovers.

Nice and informative write up Frank. Always learning from you and your blogs. Interesting to see how this is developing cause the research I was looking at back in March was showing a moderate Nino by late Aug to Nov period. Looks like it maybe kicking in that time frame but not as strong as first predicted.

Definitely not. If we were in a Niño by the summer, then the winter could have been under moderate to strong Niño conditions. However, since we currently are not, we will have to wait and see when we are then try and figure out the intensity for the summer.
I agree with nutleyblizzard for now. Thinking weak
