I would have loved to go and meet everyone but I have a wedding on the 24th

I asked off from work for the 24th, but there are other people who asked off so I am waiting for the manager to approve my request. While I may find out later this week, it actually may not be until the 22nd or 23rd that I find out officially whether or not I can take off that day.

I'm going to call the restaurant tomorrow to make a reservation. I will say for 15 people even though only 8 have confirmed. I'll tell them this is a preliminary count.

Both restaurants are family style so each platter is good enough for 2-3 people. We felt like that's the best route to go.

Reservation is at the 43rd location, not upper east side. We are by Times Square.

Frank just a thought, since this appears to be a share type of meal I am not sure what I would eat as I can't have cheese really. I am hoping we may be able to order something that doesnt have cheese if thats possible, never really been to a athentic italina place just the normal "fake" italian food lol.

Check out the menu... I have dietary restrictions also, and it looks accommodating.... maybe a chicken dish or pasta (we can check and make sure they don't mix parmesan cheese in ahead of time)

Also, since we are going at lunchtime, if anyone has special dietary needs, they will give you a lunch menu, which is for individual meals as opposed to family style.....

And if you are driving in, there is a parking garage on 44th between 5th and 6th and they charge $12 all day Sundays...I think it is called Citipark...you can check online.....

I didnt see $12, its easier just to take the train I hate driving in the city. See you guys then!

if you scroll down the page there is the rate chart for Saturdays and Sundays, and yeah jman, I think for you the train would be easier! Mugs and I are on the fence about the train or car...

I'm taking train as well.

The menu looks to have a lot of variety.

Haha, no clubbing last night. I get home from work around 11:30 so I'm usually pretty awake. When I get home from a club it is more like 3-4am

Frank, I just got my work schedule for next week and the manager approved of my request to have off Sunday so I will be able to come!
