June Obs/Disco

Okay so now that May is on the books and was what us SNow Weenies woudl love for Winter months lets see what June shall do. So far the first 10 days aren't too promising by the latest model runs - cool and wet - High latitude blocking - Omega like is the culprit

Hope everyone is doing well. Have not felt great lately, but doing better. Looks like we're staying dry until Sunday/Monday next week, and temps will hover near normal to slightly below. Next week does not look very warm. 60's and 70's. Personally disappointed with the weather so far. We're in June and still not seeing consistent 80's show up!

Miserable Stretch incoming peeps this evening through Wed - YUCK - rainy, overcast and BN temps then we'll rebound at the end of teh week through Mid week next week

Next weekend through Tuesday looks to be mid to upper 80's even 90* possible with dry dew pts Sat and Sun and then they creep up from the 50's to upper 60's Sunday evening through Tuesday- it will feel very welcome after what this week will bring rain and BN temps Mon through Wed.

This weather sucks it feels more like the first week of September or October . My tomatoes eggplant cucumbers zucchini are not growing . By now it should be 80 degrees with sun hopefully this pattern changes soon

Frank by Friday we get the SE Ridge to pump and depending on this gulf system that will cross over Fla and come up the coast - maybe a close call but Saturday through Tues next week looks to be mid to upper 80's possibly 90.

Nasty end to the workweek incoming!!! Yet another Nor'easter in the works for the entire forecast area. What a way to bring in a heatwave, although it's quite common that pattern change (regardless of duration) occurs on the heels of a major cyclone.....just usually not at this point in the year ahaha

I know it is in the distance, but there is quite the storm in the forecast for the east coast. Seems like a decent amount of models picked up on it. HR 300- 384. Look at the GFS - Para. Oh my....

Yup it is the Gulf Trop system that got sheared out and will cross the Fla Penn and ride up the coast - just in time for my son Prom a va fungul!!

12Z euro shifted off the coast.  Hopefully its real.  EPS mean is off the coast as well.

Monday through Wed - May heat wave then we return to low 80's

Big Height run up for temps here - SW flow but the trough in the central US looks to try and build in again

Then by the end of teh run it builds back the trough not a cold look but after the incoming heat wave it looks to be about normal with teh possibility of the trough building back towards the end of the run

1st week of June so far - BRRRR!!

The system Fri and system way out past day 10 seem to originate from tropics so are they actually possibily tropical cyclones? If thats the track storms are gonna take we could be in big trouble cme heart hurricane season. Looks like friday gets as far west on GFS as CT not quite here.

Oh and was 59 here at 8am, i felt cold, wore my jacket actually, 59 isnt that cold but when its supposed to be 80s it does.

A perfect day today finally feeling like June now we bake .it's crazy we went to fall weather to summer weather

Dr Cohen saying the Aleutian Low Retrograde will open the door for a trough to set up near the Great Lakes and NE for the latter part of June, looks like a roller coaster of temps to me incoming if this holds true
