after reviewing the qpf for all major airports the models that showed the least qpf actually were correct. here are the #'s. Newark .10, lga and cpk .13, and jfk .18. ukie and srefs had much more qpf so they were actually wrong. rgem had .1 gfs.2 nam .25 for cpk. so overall they did pretty good. without ratio's this would have been a bust

Here are current storm reports. Nice! I probably should have extended my 2-4" zone further north to account for the higher ratios. Check out the 5 spot over Staten Island, too.
