Today begins our mild stretch that will see temps rise into the 60's this weekend. Check out the ridge that is placed over us tomorrow afternoon ahead of a VERY strong cold front.

The rain on Sunday will be light. Nothing to be concerned about for us. Also, it looks like the timing is in the morning and we could salvage most of Sunday being dry. However, expect temps to cool down drastically once the front passes.

That's really impressive for January. 50+ degrees right up to Bangor Maine on Saturday.

59 may be my high today but right now at 8 am it is 47 degrees and overcast. Wind is noticeable, about 15 mph.

Currently 57 here in southern ocean county, NJ. Forecast high of 60. Tomorrow's forecast high is 64 around 100 or 200pm then a rapid temp drop. Enjoy the warm weather. Anyone say BBQ?

My thoughts exactly, 60.1°at 11AM.

This is unnatural, and feels all wrong. Flashbacks to the worst weather month of my lifetime which was December 2015. I was hoping to never see it repeated, but this stretch from December 22nd to now has been bad, just not quite as bad as that was.

Here's to hoping we get payback starting January 17th and it runs through March (no I'm not counting on it but I can dream). We're owed it.
