31* and still steady moderate snow. About to lose sunlight here so will be looking at it in the streetlights soon. R/s line is creeping north toward me. Would love to see it stall.

A question-If it snows an inch here but gets washed away by rain later on, does it count or can my streak of no measurable snow continue?

Sorry to disappoint you but snow totals are based on what your highest measurement is for that day.

Well CP, with nothing sticking, and temps forecast to go up during the night, I'd rather keep the streak going as opposed to getting a slushy inch. For you inlanders, the streak is over.

Luckily no UHI issues out here. lol. Snowing at a good clip and ground is snow covered as darkness descends. By darkness I mean sunset, not the approaching sleet/rain line. But both could apply.
