We had a light coating in Yonkers earlier this morning, not doing anything here in the Bronx now but it is getting colder.

I'm using my leaf blower to remove the snow. Screw it.

Not snowing in Times Square, had a light dusting early this morning. Skies are dark, it's plenty cold, and you can feel the dampness.
Hoping tomorrow morning's conditions are so blatantly impossible to travel in that nobody even has to try. Officials urge commuters to use public transportation, which I do, but it is notoriously unreliable once conditions deteriorate and I don't want to see anybody stuck!

Trough is ever so slightly positive, but should be neutral within the next hour I believe.

Probably won't go negative until the storm is off the coast. Should remain neutral for most part. When it goes negative, enhances snowfall is expected for jersey shore and LI

Just woke up guys I think I posted in the wrong thread, how is it looking? I saw the NAM and it looks worse but I've heard good things about the GFS and EURO.

NAM is wrong. It keeps the trough positively tilted. It is already neutral. Every models (GFS, GGEM, EURO) and SREF, RGEM have upped amounts. You're getting .50-.60 qpf while NYC and NE NJ are getting .60-.70 with parts of Jersey shore and LI .75+
With ratios, you do the math.
