Re: Possible November 1st Coastal Storm Thread 1
Not just one model 18z NAVGEM is similar but weaker (the weaker part is not surprising the NAVGEM has weaker a lot. Same thing happens here from hr 54 to hr 66 the LP in front doesn't really budge from the cape area. The blocking must be stronger.

Oh ok, yes it sure is. Either no one else cares, or people didn't see the 18z.

That trough needs to be going negative already if we want a shot at anything worth writing home about IMO

Re: Possible November 1st Coastal Storm Thread 1
It will be interesting to see the 00z GFS, but I do not really see this becoming anything more than a .50-1.00 inch rain event. I think the bigger story with this storm is the wind, which could get gusts up to near 50 mph for most of us.

This storm reminds me of a drunk person. Can not get its act together and keeps letting us down.

Re: Possible November 1st Coastal Storm Thread 1
LOL, I know a few people like that. Its the NAM, I am interested to see if the GFS stays the same or goes back to earlier runs. And of course the Euro if it trends west at all but I can't stay up for that. The wind should be pretty wild regardless of precip.

Agreed
What's more depressing is I made a really cool looking Storm Mode banner in Photoshop which took me about 2 days, and my computer suddenly shut down and I lost it.
