This is at 10:1 so for far northern areas it needs to be doubled....

Re: UPDATE #2: 1st Call Snow Map, N&W Wins Again
Thanks, Alex! Although I must say, that is a lot less than what I was expecting, mainly for areas of NW NJ, the lower Hudson Valley, and NE PA. They were below freezing through the column the whole time......hmm.

Upton has no advisory level precip on their maps. None. Snow, ice, rain. I am not even sure what we are tracking here to be honest. This is a pure good ole NE special.

We in the HV are on the southernmost fringe right now for 4 to 6 inches.Hopefully this drifts south to you.

Binghamton's WFO just upped me to 10-14" now, but their forecast disco still makes absolutely no sense with those numbers, nor does my point forecast lmao oh well.

Well if Alex's plume in Vermont jumped to a mean of 18", then there's no way lol However, Idk what run those were based off of. There's a good chance it was 09z, because they shifted north. Idk for sure, though.

I think central NY does best with this storm, GFS has Albany for 22 inches, but central NE does do well, AGAIN!! We shall see if all this verifies. IN the HV I'd say I get anywhere from 2-10 right now, depending on how much mixing and if qpf doesn't keep drying up, so in other words I'm ready for anything.
These storms have been anything but boring, they change as often as Bruce Jenner changes his gender.

Latest SREFs are still north. About the same as 09z runs were.

I'm just basing that off of the their snowfall probabilities. The actual images haven't come out yet, but when I get them I will post them.

If that verifies it will be a record two week period by far for them. They could almost double their seasonal norm in a two week period. They may not see anything like this again for over 100 years.
Ridiculous

I just checked again and found that they forecast some rain and snow during the day. It seems that I only get a few hours of the ice pellets then rain and snow. Thanks for pointing this out RJ
