From Upton, NY. Never really heard "dangerous frosting before" but we have the same thing going on here at Lyndon State College.

Freezing fog? My forecast tonight calls for fog, 99% humidity and temps in the upper 20s, just below freezing now, had a lot of frost on the car this morning, had to break out the scraper for the first time.

Dangerous frosting,LOL! Sounds like something my ex wife would put on a cake she baked.Anyhoo,

34 here, one of those nights where the higher elevations are warmer than the valleys inland.

Woke up to 27° this morning thick frost everywhere warming up nicely now 39°.

Yet another heavy frost.There must have been 1/4 inch of frosts since October up here.

24.4° my low, and really heavy frost. Going to have a nice rebound today so I can finish putting up my lights and get my tree.

As expected the coastal on Tuesday will remain offshore. Flow is too fast resulting in no phase.

Feels like early March with temps in the 20's at night and days in the low 50's. Going to outdoor xmass decorations today.

Low of 22.4 this morning.

I hope everyone outside my area survived the dangerous frost. We lost 4 people in my neighborhood, it seeped through their roofs when it melted this morning and strangled them. If only they had taken the NWS warning seriously last night. The news media is all over this area now, they're reporting this as workplace violence, but those of us that live here know better.

NWS just issued a dangerous breeze warning this afternoon, winds 10-15 mph, everyone please stay inside, don't add to the body count.

NWS is considering issuing dangerous fog warnings too. According to their discussion, this type of fog can consume vehicles and send them into oblivion. If you walk outside with exposed skin you'll also suffer from severe frostbite. Man, models did not show this.

When I got up this morning it was 28° at 630 am now it is 52° at 11 wowzaa

I'm at 46.

We'll see 60's next weekend

Both days next weekend could get into the 60s thanks to a deepening trough in the center of the country

In the 40s now but considering my Eagles came back and beating the Patriots 35-14 in the 4th qtr im feeling pretty good.

Yes I do, and If long range maps verify it won't be as bad as this December may end up.

We shall see, time will tell.

Had a forecasted high of 48 in Lyndonville, VT today, but the freezing fog held on all day long and we never made it above 31.2*. Currently 28.5 and everything is freezing up again. Looks like a mini ice storm when you look at the accumulated moisture that froze on the trees.
