so sorry dude. My condolences to you and your family. Hope he had a good life.
Thanks
he did have a good life and we saw him and the family (my 3 small children) just saw him in FL. It was sudden, but exactly what he wanted and we got to say goodby and do some cool things together. I always remember him on the big snow storms with his Toro taking care of the driveway.
Hope you can do the same Sunday

Thanks everybody for your thoughts . It means a lot. CP - my thoughts are with you as well. We all will get through and try to appreciate the good things in life as they happen. Never take friendship and love for granted. My dad is happy now to be back with the ones he loved who have also moved on.
For me, and probably many of who live by this website, a storm always brings fun and comfort (and heartbreak!!!)

Sorry Greslig I just lost a very close relative myself five days ago. She was 53 years old and until nine months ago just the picture of health. I'm still not quite grasping it.
God bless your Dad, may he rest in peace. Death really sucks, but I do believe we will see them all again one day.
CP and Greslig - we will I was there and it is the most calm peaceful place and they will all be there to greet us- more than one can imagine.
Mugs I'd like the whole story one day, it may help.

I will share my friend in a pm okay? Just remind me after this storm passes or if I have some time before I will do. Be rest assured Dad is in a good place and he is happy and there is peace and serenity, he now gets to be with his son every moment of his life and is there - you just cant see him and this is hard for us as humans to understand - deep I know - I will pm you.Or at a G2G with the board ?

Seriously, one of the best things right now is just tracking the hopefully massive storm. A very healthy distraction

Godzilla = 12" +
Roidzilla = 24" +
Frankzilla = 36" +
Godzilla = 12" +
Roidzilla = 24" +
Frankzilla = 36" +

Someone just posted this a few days ago:
6"-12" - MECS = Godzilla (Mild East Coast Storm)
12"-24" - HECS = Roidzilla (Heavy)
24+" = BECS = Frankzilla (Biblical)

Thanks Doc. There will be peace. Just takes time.
But now we lost Glen Frey. very sad. So much loss in 1 week's time. Somebody I worked with a few years ago died as well on Friday. Young. Don't know what's happening.
