I believe we should search through the November threads and find someone that doesn't post much who touted  that they thought we would have a cold and snowy December. That should be our new sacrificial lamb and extradition proceedings should proceed immediately should that person be posting on other forums.  

We'll show that anonymous person not to mess with our winters. Our forum historian Math would be the best person to find the son of a bitch.

I'll be the sacrificial lamb for this one. 53 posts in 2 years, plus I'm the only one who's going to be able to enjoy this storm. Just wait until AFTER the snow so I can at least enjoy my last few days.

Winter Weather Advisory for Dutchess county 1-4 plus ice have a feeling the cold may not go quickly! Funny thing is I haven't had a Winter Storm Watch all winter.

NWS Binghamton says a storm is coming but they don't know what kind yet so stay tuned. We're borderline between huge snow and big sloppy mess. Any chance this thing could create a little bit of its own cold air and push the odds in snow's favor?

"Shelf water temperatures are now down to around 32F along the Jersey Coast. I'd watch for potentially protracted freezing rain immediately inland tomorrow evening/early overnight, after 850's surge > 0c circa 7pm. There's not going to be a major impetus for temperature spiking at the sfc initially. Mt. Holly notes this in their WWA across the region [2-4" of snow then protracted ZR possible]. Cold ground temps and cold ocean/shelf temps will prevent rapid initial rise even with an easterly component."

Winter Storm Watch? What's that? LOL. I think we only get 1-2 inches of snow as mid levels warm fairly quickly, then sleet/ZR until early Tuesday morning. Morning commute could be a little messy up here.

Do u think temp will rise by freezing by Tuesday morning commute

Just got upped to 2"-5"

Just got my WSW... 6-12". Could be even higher if thermals play out right. Interestingly enough, the 18z GFS has me getting no snow and the Weather Channel has me down for 2-5. SMH.
