Uh James, you mentioned this at the meetup we had in the city on 1/10/15. The storm you are referencing is likely the 1/26-27/11 snow event. I screamed (because it was noisy there from the football game that was one) to you "FRANK CALLED IT!"

The Jack Daniels insertion into this story makes me question both its authenticity or at the very least its accuracy.

I think this storm broke me. The SE ridge has been ruining things all winter and the one time it disappears the snow slides to the southeast. I know exciting things are forecast for the MJO and the PV, but I don't think I'll believe it even after I see it at this stage.

If you go to the thread for the chat that Frank posted in his initial post he has a link. Click on that link and register. All you need to do is enter your email address, your name (you can use your screenname here) and select a password. Once that's done you'll be in. You can in the future, or later this evening, log back in using your email and password and it should take you right to the chat.

If you don't wish to register, I think Frank has a second link where you can just click and enter the chat as a guest (but personally I think it's better to register do you can just sign in anytime in the future). Hope that helps.

Wow I hope you are getting stronger each day..if you had the flu...son had it and lost 7 pounds....it takes a lot out of you...he is still not right...feel better you want to be able to enjoy the snow with your family!!!

OMG I just can't next thurs storm is a frankzilla for NE, it comes offshore and curves back into NE. Very well could do ST diff and cream us but 60 inches!! (Thats both storms but 40 inches from next week Ha!

Next week we have a dynamic set up in the works. This weekend we should start to see it thus time we have the uber block in west gland. Euro loves sniffing this out LR then backing off then bring in it back
