Radar looks good out of Ohio and WVa. Like to get a good solid precipitation shield moving in even before it cranks up off the coast.

Is this the VV you were talking about yesterday maxing out the bar? So this means what 3+ inch rates? How long will these rates last and I do want to sleep a bit so what time should I get up do you think?

Cold air is really sinking southward through the HV now. NYC and LI should expect a steady drop shortly
