With all the model hugging and wishcasting that goes on around here it’s hard to know who to believe anymore.
show me 1 example of wishcasting please. One!
And as far as model hugging goes, on this site you actually get reprimanded if you model hug. Amongst the actual mets on here not one hugs models. maybe a few non Mets do but they get laughed at. You gotta have something better to do than come on here once in a blue moon and attack. Feel bad for you actually. Sad
Hit a nerve? Someone is super-sensitive,
Where is Heineken to take on this Warmacist?

I wish. 47. 3 young kids. This Gen Xr would glady take back those 25 years with today’s wisdom success, failures and opportunity to say a kind word to lost loved ones.

Hmmmmmm
Exaggerated snow totals??
Exaggerated daily activity?? Just throwing the possibility out there.
Maybe you played 23 holes of miniature golf with your son, 2 hours yard work on frozen ground? dog to the beach in January? I'm not saying any of these things can't happen I'm just asking if they did really happen.
Maybe video with a time stamp and picture of todays newspaper super imposed might help some of us with our disbelief.

Bench pressed 375. Squatted 550. Bicep curl 75. Deadlift 800. Ran half marathon. Earned black belt. Cooked family brunch of homemade bacon. Taught kids calculus. Wrote epic poem. Barbecued whole hog. This am.
Too bad there was no snow to shovel. Oh yeah still feel like crap over losing Petty (nice image CP)
4th quarter. Jacksonville!
Syo’s response: Drove to snowless Wayne nj and kicked Grseligs candy ass. PM today.

Grselig:
I actually could not listen to any Tom Petty music for two months after he died, it just depressed me. The last month however I'm back listening and loving it again, I guess I finally accepted he's not coming back.
I never watch much of the Grammys, but I will tape this year expecting some kind of tribute.
Go Jaguars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Currently 40 degrees here. Clouds are moving in and hiding the moon from sight. Very calm with almost no wind. Something about the 40 degrees at night makes it feel like spring.

Re: January Obs and Discussions
Here's something interesting I'd like to post: temp differences over the past month between Philadelphia's UHI and suburban areas in South Jersey. it's been very noticeable lately. Lows for past five days:
1/16 - Low: 16 in Mt. Holly, 29 at PHL. Difference of 13 degrees.
1/17 - Low: 17 in Mt. Holly, 21 at PHL. Difference of 4 degrees.
1/18 - Low: 13 in Mt. Holly, 18 at PHL. Difference of 5 degrees.
1/19 - Low: 14 in Mt. Holly, 23 at PHL. Difference of 9 degrees.
1/20 - Low: 15 in Mt. Holly, 29 at PHL. Difference of 14 degrees!
Average difference: 9 degrees.
This effect is present in all cities. I'm thinking that this must make a big difference in terms of whether or not snow sticks quickly, and how long it stays around after a storm. Think about what a low of 30 vs 39 can do when it comes to keeping snow on the ground. Just wanted to share this info.

Good observations. I didn't realize Phillys UHI effect was that pronounced.

No. Very fake. I love the gym and go 4x week. but max bench prob 250 if i train heavy. Squat i really hit the ground so I’ve gone very light with good form. Working on hip strength. 135. With not great form 300. Bicep curl prob 65. I weigh 160

Downright awful outside. Luckily, it looks like the rain will be out of here by the commute home from work.

Back into the lower 40's and 30's after today. Saturday could warm back up ahead of a cold front.

Nina pattern here wash rinse repeat - warm surge before passes to our NW then cold air comes back behind it
