Well back in the subsidence again! But I just went out and it is up to 7 inches now but it took 8 hrs to add 3 inches. That band over new haven county CT is nuts hoping it makes it into here.

Solid 12" in maspeth...32 and still ripping! That band over queens and brooklyn persists! Another 4hrs and 18" is a given!

Bridgeport—I'm waiting for you.
Soul question for you sir, im also nearby you. Would those bands in LI and Bridgeport make it up to us? Rotating toward us?
The bands over Long Island will not—they will retreat once this crawler begins it's move toward the east. We want to see the band over coastal CT/Bridgeport rotate in from the ENE. Hopefully they hold together.
IF we get into the banding, 12am–2am. Maybe even 3-4am. This storm looks stalled. Legit.
What time do you approximate this could happen?

Thanks Pete. When nobody responded I started to fear that maybe the answer was “Yes; and they’re right!” Lol

Wow LI, I wonder if due to the non movement of this storm and joesnow said its moving north of the bands coming in off atlantic could move into NYC/southern westchester at some pt. Something tells me a lot of us will be snowing into the morning of course latest will be eastern LI and southern CT.

Still snowing pretty good here in Marlboro, western Monmouth County. Is there an end time in sight or will we go into the wee hours of the morning? Thanks

Going to bed for a few hours. Great loooooing day tracking this pain in the ass storm. Most of LI will reach Godzilla. Snow here has lightened up. Approaching 11”. Need another 1.5” to get there. South central Suffolk ant Jersey Shore folk widespread 14-16” jackpot. Goodnight all

Re: March Madness! Spring Snowstorm Observations Part II
My power just came back on after being out for a couple of hours. Sincere sympathies to those who missed out or are still twisting in the wind on this storm.
Bayville, NJ, in eastern Ocean County has been getting CA-RUSHED since about 4-5 pm this evening. NWS has Bayville officially at 9.5" as of 8:30 pm. No question we are over a foot already. And as per the radar it's going to last ...what was that Lionel Richie song...oh yeah... ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!
The twists and turns it took to get here were agonizing, but man o man o man.
Hey LI...let's do this coast brethren: SPRINGTIME ROIDZILLA!!!!

That is their expected storm totals by tomorrow morning. It's a little misleading, since some spots have already reached those totals.
