I didn't see thst clearly b4 looks like it'll be I termittant soaking. Just stopped after crazy half hour downpour. Winds still pretty light. No I'm not expect anything crazy but gusts 40 to 50mph I would think should happen at some pt. Maybe locally highest 60mph.

74 degrees.Got the heavy rain but no wind yet.Thinking winds pick up when the center passes by me.

Your right, if it stayed the way it is, it would be all cold rain and a suicide watch would have to be issued for CP, Bless him! We should be hearing from him around Oct 15, roughly 3 months away.We should start a pool on the site, " CP Return Day".

Yep same here, but we are seeing heavy breezy conditions especially with heavy downpours. Looks in terms rain for here we go rely on that band coming off the ocean until it moves north then it may actually be dry during when the winds move in, unless more rain forms over the water but that dry slot is pretty defined as sroc pointed out.

Pretty much a textbook subtropical storm. Thus, It will likely be reclassified as such in postseason reanalysis but is moot right now for comm. and impact purposes. Still impressed it was able to intensify via baroclinic forcing before land interaction.

Looking like this is dying out despite the winds moving in theres little precip to bring them down. Its pretty boring here, 5pm update still doesnt have the wind field into my area but its just into NYC, I dunno whatever happens happens not gonna fret. On a good note I got approved for unemployment today!! So that kind makes up for a not so exciting storm.

really? calmer than heck here and im a few miles from you. the clouds are getting dark but its also closer to sunset. Wish you could see where the current windfield was at.
