That's exactly how I felt! When rb was talking I was thinking he's definitely a robot or computer currently running a model and spitting out the results.

0Z GFS was solid. 850/700 mb lows pass around NYC. Much better for thermals. Someone is probably getting dry slotted tomorrow due the track of the lows.

GFS looks good, Exits off Jersey Coast Just south of NYC, I like it!

Easy fellas, this is a very humbling field, and we’ve all very much to learn....except Tom (Isotherm). I’m convinced he’s married to Mother Nature and she tells him everything lmao

since the abc 7 days I would stare at this site every minute when snow was expecrted. 5 years ago I started having kids and the amount of time I can spend reading the forum has dropped. Tonight's chat was a great way to sum up what we are looking at.

Thanks for hosting, Fearless Leader, and to mugsy for the elbow grease!! This was definitely fun, and I think something that we could potentially grow together as a forum! Maybe even something like a weekly map discussion where we talk about short term, medium range, and long range stuff during the winter (depending on what’s going on), and then if there’s a storm just focus on that. Start with a broad discussion and then finish up with presentations from anybody who makes a map, and then questions. Idk, something to think about, maybe?

Either way, I’ll see about trying to get a way where I could use my computer instead of mobile so that I can actually annotate without disrupting other programs on my computer lol
