We barley started here in Boston. 1/4" and already dry slotted.

Looks like there are two different r/s lines. One just developed on the shore, with the other being in west-central NJ and SE PA

Frank I can confirm that line in west-central NJ. I have had sleet mix in with my snow here off and on this morning. By far predominately heavy snow but definitely hear some sleet mixed in on my windows.

The 500 MB low is going through now. Warm nose is there for sure.

Pelting Sleet in Ringoes NJ with a little snow. Only about 5 inches on the ground.

Do you think it will change back over to snow here in West Central Jersey?

Huuuuuuuuuugee flakes blitzing down right now here, I don’t think I have ever seen flakes as big as these. Crazy stuff

One thing about being just on/north of that snow/sleet line, the snow flakes are HUGE. Lol. It’s like it’s snowing tissues here. Once that coastal Low full takes over I expect temps here to drop and to just go back to all heavy snow.

12Z RGEM very similar to NAM. Same kind of output. Long duration and very heavy accumulations.

Same here on the south shore....looks like it is just going to keep coming in off the ocean!! There is even a heavier band lined up to hit the Island!!

The current radar of 40-45 dbz bands in CNJ is astounding. I know some of this might be due to the sleet mixing in, but can anyone confirm?

Snow sticking to trees. Not going to be good with the winds later
