12z rgem has another 19.5 inches for NYC area, if we have 11 that would put us around 30 inches wow, and that area of NJ it shows getting 24+ more so ya 30-40 not impossible, insane if it verifies, one for the books.

This situation is also getting dangerous at the Jersey Shore. This is a picture off the deck of the shorehouse I rent a room in down in Cape May County. The owner is there and has moved their car into the garage but water is approaching garage door. She’s basically trapped inside the house for now. The water on the other side of the high grass is the bay. Which has now met the ocean I guess.

Just measured several spots at 12", moderate to heavy snow.

So I just realized I don't have a yardstick here. Which means to measure the snow later I will need to make a marks on some other device like a broom handle where the snow comes to and then measure to the marker with a tape measure. Or I could just rely on my friends up the road. lol

Clear a spot and add as you go, don't want to miss out on an extra inch or 2 to compression! cheers

Just under 14" at 1:00 in Parsippany. 8" since 8:30 when my husband cleared part of the patio so our little dogs could go out!
