Snowfall predictions 2023-24

I figured there is a bit more to be optimistic about this season with regard to snowfall than last season so starting a thread for this year's snowfall predictions. Put in whatever cities you'd like, but please include Central Park.
Anyone that enters their amounts on or before 12/5/2023 and gets within (+/-) .5" (1/2") of the actual snowfall recorded in Central Park as of May 1 2024, I'd like to offer $25 Amazon gift card. Subject to moderators OK of course.
Binghamton NY 72"
Boston Logan 37"
Central Park 27"
Dulles Airport 29"
Philadelphia Airport 23"
Portland Maine 60"
My back yard 32"
A bit below normal for some locations and I feel if I bust it'll be too low. So let it snow!

Tough choice for me after a snowless winter of last year I would predict 28 inches for Central Park

I hope I am wrong and I think if this winter is to really produce it will do so after December and probably not until mid to late January

I really have no clue but am going to stay very conservative based on recent years and even these IMO may be too high (Though I remain hopeful). I am going to go with CPK 15 inches (sorry but if this busts low great), Southern Westchester County 20 inches, Northern Westchester County 25. The others I cannot guess.

NYC 2.0 inches. Another new record low. Surpassing last years record setting stinker. 4.5 will actually fall but to be consistent with their glorious history of under measuring they will record 2.0.
