With the release of the White House Report on Climatology, our group, North Jersey Weather Observers is hosting Dr. Jerome Thaler on Wednesday May 14th @ 7:00....should be interesting!

Climatologist to Speak at Weather meeting Wednesday May 14, 2014 7:00pm Temple Beth Or Washington Township, NJ. Weather Historian, noted Author and Hudson Valley Climatologist Dr.Jerome Thaler (“Climate Guide to the Lower Hudson Valley” will address the next meeting of the North Jersey Weather Observers in Washington Township. Topic: ”The Hudson Valley- Thirty Years of Warming ”Dr. Thaler examines Sixty years of records to see how various Weather Parameters have changed over the years.. Autographed copies of his new Book (His fourth) “ Hudson Valley Warming” will be available at the meeting.Where: Temple Beth Or. 56 Ridgewood Rd. Our next meeting, more climatology...

NJ State Climatologist to Speak at Weather meeting Wednesday June 11, 2014 7:00pm Temple Beth Or Washington Township, NJ.

N.J. State Climatologist and Bergen County Native, Dr. David Robinson will address the next meeting of the North Jersey Weather Observers in Washington Township.

Topic: ”El Nino and our Upcoming Weather”
Dr. Robinson will look at how the developing El Nino may affect NJ Weather this Summer, through next Winter. He will also discuss the important work of his Office, and correct Local Observations in painting an accurate picture of New Jersey’s Climate.

Where: Temple Beth Or. 56 Ridgewood Rd. Washington Township, NJ 07676

When: Wednesday June 11, 2014 from 7:00-8:30pm.
Admission: Free.
