No it usually doesnt stick as fast and compresses quickly on blacktop which retains heat. You're most accurate would be on the deck or a concrete patio if you have one.

Most reports around you are 12-14. You're 13 is probably the most accurate.

I expect E LI could pick up a quick 1 or 2 inches as the frontogenesis at 925 looks impressive. The heaviest will be SNE towards the Cape.

I’m near W 70th and it looks like no snow at all fell but it is flurrying pretty good. It won’t stick. Off to the show

34 degrees, snowing steadily for more than a hour, no additional accumulation to note, as anything falling is melting into the slush.

34* we had steady slightly over an inch of rain from this storm

Woke up to about an inch of snow last night. Snowing moderately now hopefully get another inch out of this.

and these are the areas with the wild swings from 1 mile to the next. It is perplexing please if they have sny findings let me know. Was oddest thing ive ever seen. Yonkers had 0 to 2 from pics i saw. Eastchester 3 next town over 0.

al did u see dunzoos post nws is as perplexed about the odd sporadic snowfall/rainfall in southern westchester. Last night while we were raining it was a winter nightmare at cross county mall everything civered cars all over the place. I live about 2 min from there.

We had maybe a inch after the tsin but its all gone now.
