beautiful day at beach today. temps at the shore in the low 80's with a stiff breeze. water was chilly though in the low 60's. I was a little surprised because some on here have mentioned that atlantic SST are warmer than normal. a great day though!!

Most of the rain we get this week will fall on Thursday. The 4th will also feature rain, but it could come to an end by the early afternoon and we can salvage a nice evening - though it would be kinda wet.

Despite no 90 degree days in CPK, June finished above average (72.4*, +1*).
LGA was 72.5*, +0.3*
Newark 72.9*, +0.5*, with two 90 degree days.
JFK 71.6*, + 1.2*, and one 90 degree day
