If these NW winds keep doing their thing taking the heat Island effects out over the ocean they may make it to 0. What do you think Dtone?

My phone said 3 for NYC but you never know where those are coming from. WhenI checked NOAA's site it was still 5.

Its getting close to the time when temp struggle to keep falling in nyc but keep dropping in most suburbs.
CPK is still snow covered so id think that helps, but overall Manhattan streets are mostly snow free as usual though.

Wunderground will show CPK temps in real time. NWS are hourly updates.

It's 4 now in CPK.I say maybe 2 if we're lucky.it is stil very windy so if winds block the heat island I don't get why it can't do down to 0.

I been steady at 4* for a while now.
I guess the wind helps but can't eliminate the heat island entirely.
