eyeballing an inch already on grass and colder surfaces everything else a nice white coating heavy snow. lost hardly any stickage.

Snow coming down at a good clip now. Grass and car tops covered already. 34 degrees. My wife was dressed and ready to go to work. I told her not to go in that it was going to get bad. Thankfully she took my advice.

1" here. Now it is REALLY coming down. 2"+ per hour EASY!!! And taking a look at the radar ALL of NJ is covered in yellows and oranges on my weatherunderground radar with red thunderstorm cells popping up in southern coastal Jersey. Next 5 hours IMBY should be INSANE!!!!!!

Just stepped outside (why? Because I'm crazy like that). It is nasty here. Not only is the snow coming down, but it is a very wet snow and there may even be a little bit of sleet mixed in I think. Good time to watch from INSIDE my house.

Everything on radar moving east-northeast still. Waiting to see that tell-tale shift were the precip bands starts moving west-southwest behind the low (which usually is what extends the storm for us). I do think I see what may become the CCB developing over East-Central PA right now.

Finally hit 32*. Snow was already sticking, but now full-speed ahead. As temp drops a couple more degrees snow should become drier (as opposed to the wet/thick/icy variety stuck to everything right now).

Looking at the radar the R/S line seems to be just below you. If you have t gone to snow yet you should soon. And my temp dropped 2 degrees in the past hour or so which hints the colder air is working south.
