September 2020 Observations and Discussion
73* and overcast at sunset with high humidity. Today begins my favorite two-month season (setting aside snowstorm season): Gradually shorter days and cooler nights leading the way to pleasant afternoons with low humidity, chilly evenings and the Fall foliage.

61 degrees and I woke up to a delightful rain. It is a pretty good rain, too. Drenching, steady. We needed it. I like fall too, Mugs, except for the leaf pickup part but I have it down to a science. Pumpkin ice cream is already out. So are some Christmas decorations at stores.

Yes, Mugsy, seeing daytime highs in the 60's/70's and night time lows in the 50's/40's.So tired of this constant, warm, muggy weather of the last few months.Bring on the cool, crisp Fall weather.
More trees up here getting color .
Weird to think we can get snow flurries up here in 4 to 5 weeks.I've seen that happen up here in the LHV.

Beautiful stretch of weather folks. Lows Tues and Wed may hit 30's for those away from the steam engine of NYC. Next weekend going to be in the upper 60's for highs, nice taste of early autumn.

a-CHOO!
The cool air is rollilng in. I could do the woodstove tonight if I wanted. Really chilly out on the deck. I am sitting out here watching the trees dance from the thermal dynamics of wind.
