Got down to 41* here. Have not resorted to putting the heat on yet. With a brief warm-up later this week I think I can scrape by and string it out until mid-October before I pull the trigger. However, it has been sunny on these chilly days so far. If we were to get one of those cloudy, rainy 60* days/40* nights with no solar heating of the house -- my plan my have to adjust.

33.6° for this mornings low and there was plenty of frost around. Didn't quite make it to 32° like my buddy 5 miles west.

I see no frost?! Nothing on the roof or grass. A couple of hanging plant bags look good. I am missing the big picture

Yeah looks like a warm-up to slightly above-normal temps the next few days through this weekend, but then heading into another stretch of some serious early-season chill after Monday.

73 this afternoon. Humidity is 70%. It feels like more. I just noticed today that the 29 degree morning did kill the crabgrass. A simple thing but welcomed.
