I see the humidity is coming back this upcoming week. Today is a beautiful 59% humidity and 70 degrees. And perhaps a rainy week.

everyone is so on henri but current wx is so nice, not too hot, was very windy yesterday, guessing that was remnants of fred? crazy we missed all the rain parts of ct saw 5 inches!!

Well hey! What’s going on in northern Orange County? I’ll tell you. 70 degrees at 9:45 pm with a steady rain the last two hours. Beautiful to listen to the falling rain while drinking a couple of beers. Doc, CP…I had a few in your honor

flash flood warning for NYC and brooklyn coyuld see 6 inches in a few hrs!! When was last time NYC saw 20 inches rain in one month maybe more if we get remenants of Ida up here before the 1st jeeze.

Mugs, I am soooo excited for the Great Evening Cooldown that is scheduled to hit the Shore later this week. Starting with Ida's departure from our region around Thursday, night time temps drop from a consistent low-mid 70's to a steady mid 60's (after a rather cool low 60's in Ida's immediate wake). I imagine that more inland/higher alts the difference might be even more pronounced.

Photos from Somers point, Nj of the flash flooding. Some areas have a good 12-18” of water in the street. Lots of cars driving through the flood water. WOW, was that from those training storms yesterday? They stayed just to my south all day, not a drop just cloudy. And another 4-7 in a few days no good.
