Al that would be awesome hope its cold enough here to give us a inch or more : ) And I am still hoping for next week, hey this one trended wetter maybe that one will trend colder, who knows the models are kinda all over.

According to the wxbell NAM snow map, we basically get nothing. Its all rain. I don't know if they are still useless this close to an event but if this verifies it stinks.

Scott even though temps right now are in the mid to upper forties the new points are in the mid to upper twenties hopefully that's a good sign. if you average it out it takes us into the mid and upper 30s. that should be cold enough for snow

The 12z gfs brings a few inches and 2 to 4 to the east. 2nd storm stays colder further south too.

Last nights NAM had dew points in the low to mid 30's on the coast last night. I havent looked at today much but dewpoints in the 20's is a nice trend.

I am concerned the coast and maybe parts of LI may see more snow than me if temps cool fast enough. That would just be a slap in the face lol. Temps shouldn't be an issue for me, but QPF will be.

So what does it look like for my area cnj coast im thinking 50/50 for snow. Onething I did notice today it was suppose to be 50 it only got to 45

Again folks surface temps are in the mid 30s at best which means these snow maps will not translate to liquid to snow at 10:1 ratio. Nice to see a slight wet trend which means we may get a nice little coating on grass to wake up but .25" of liquid equivalent falling as snow simply will not translate to 1-3" as it does in mid winter.. C-1 at best.
