Yesterday and today are the warmest consecutive days we've had in over 6 months.

Even I'll admit it does feel pretty damn good. Despite it all, there are still patches of snow left from the moisture laden pack of the winter past in a few areas of my development. The lakes are finally starting to unfreeze.

Enjoy cause next week the euro and gfs advertising a back door cold front swinging through bring temps down to the 40's again. April is going to be like March I have a feeling.

It's been a long while! Pond in center of Monroe all melted now, CP.Still have patches of snow on the property and of course , the mounds in the parking lots which will take a while longer to melt.No rain here, just cloudy, warm and calm.

Actually my father hates snow, it's one of the main reasons he and my mom moved to the Atlanta area 10 years ago.

LOL, about Dad, CP. My Mom and Dad were charter members of the Tri State Area Snow Haters League.How many times they would tease me about snow turning to rain,LOL!

I'm waiting for you and the other HV Snow Lovers to take me out for a steak dinner in appreciation of me moving to the HV and breaking the three year record for snowfall!

Warm, cloudy, calm, not a drop of rain has fallen.

Did my freakin power raking of my lawn yesterday in a light rain. Then I fertilized just at dark expecting a nice rain to soak it into the ground and didn't even get a single drop. Now I have people coming over to a lawn thats torn up and smells of fertilizer. Tired Mad

It is now 157 consecutive days below 70 in NYC. The last day above was October 29, 2014 (72).

I don't know the number offhand but I believe last year was even a longer stretch.

On December 22nd, 2013, it hit 71 degrees.

2012-13 NYC went from October 16th to April 7th without a 70 degree day, a 174 day stretch.
