In desperation I’m looking for any passages I may have missed regarding the rest of what we use to reference as Winter. I’ve managed to download the entire poem and I’ve written a program to search for key passages. Not surprisingly Wall and Wing have shown up several times. Not very promising but better to know the truth than aimlessly wait on weather vodoo to solve our problems.

But is there hope for the future and the new season Wing
If Othelia sees her shadow great snows it will bring

Sorry for the false hope but after careful study it has been determined these lines of the Classic Orange Othelia, reference the year 2032. The reason being the line of snow equals 0 would not be accurate for this season. Orange County totals are currently a pathetic 4-12 inches depending on where in the county you reside. Will continue research to try to find any references to the year 2023.

Because of this if still alive for the 2031/32 season I will not reside anywhere near here. Wintering in South Carolina will be nice.

More lines from Orange Othelia that look like they definitely point to this current Winter Season.

An interesting turn there. It appears if Othelia sees her shadow February and March will turn snowy and cold at least for Orange County. Will do further research to see what it means for the lands to the south.

Researchers found additional lines pertaining to this year. This applies to Othelia not seeing her shadow as it states plainly in line 8052. The accuracy in the prediction of December and January has been nothing short of astounding. The lines below were found in lines 8051 to 8068 of the Epic poem.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like if Othelia doesn’t see her Shadow, one April blizzard will be it. At least NYC won’t break the record for the first snowless season. February second can’t get here soon enough.

Classic and far more accurate than any long range models on the Mainland.Don't search too hard my good man, it may provide false hope which, if it fails to produce, will cause a massive inflow at the OTI Sanitarium, that we are unable to provide for.

It would be fitting, if after all of these winter days with temps in the 50s and a complete lack of snow, that on opening day of the baseball season it will snow cancelling numerous home openers and killing flower beds across the region.

We’ve basically risked our lives setting up shop here again, acting like Bill made everything radiation free using Dawn dishwashing soap, all in the hopes of bringing some semblance of What use to be called Winter back. I hate to break it to you guys but the two week forecast is not pretty.

What happened to all the new citizens? Sroc, Dunzoo, Damian? All handed cushy jobs and all scared off by Paliaments neon glow.

I’m willing to give it another two weeks here but I will be sleeping in my lead pajamas from this point forward.

In pre-radiation days, OTI closed April 15th but this year we may have to do it March 1.The evil that has consumed the Mainland has spread here nullifying our magical effect to produce snow there.This will have to be fully investigated by the OTI Bureau of Scientific Research to try and find another way.There is a nice quiet area in the basement of Parliament to set up shop with your lead PJ's CP.Just tell the janitor down there I sent you.

Came back to the mainland, achille's surgery Now that I have a boot and can travel, will be there shortly! I will be bringing down some supplies, let me know if inventory is low on any first aid items. Going to be an interesting tan line on my leg that's for sure!
